What is the difference between the Director and the Senior team?
The director team are the founders of Iki and the rest of our team are under the senior team. The senior team is trained internally under the director team and so our styles will be similar, and the main difference would be the years of experience in the industry.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SAME-DAY-EDIT, POST WEDDING HIGHLIGHTS and wedding documentary?
The Same-Day-Edit (SDE) is a highlight video of the morning activities of your wedding day, and is showcased on the day itself during your lunch/dinner reception. This video spans between 4-7 minutes long.
The Post Wedding Highlights is a highlight video of your entire wedding day, delivered only 3 months after the wedding. This video spans between 5-8 minutes long.
The Wedding Documentary is a compilation of the footages we've captured over the entire wedding day; including your vows/speeches in full, pieced together in a chronological manner. This video spans between 30 minutes to an hour long, depending on the day’s events.
What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfers or Paynow. We also accept credit cards via Paypal, but a 3.9% + 0.50sgd will be included in the package price.
What iF THE HOURS I NEED IS NOT PART OF ANY PACKAGE LISTED?

will i only receive the minimum amount of photos stated in the rate card?
The number stated on the rate card is the minimum we return- generally we return all good images and everything that we return is edited. We do not return RAW images. A gauge for a 6 hour wedding is 300-500 images and 400-700 images for a 10 hour wedding.
What is the lead time for my deliverables?
The lead time for our deliverables is 12-16 weeks. If it's anytime earlier, rest assured that we will update you soonest. We strongly believe in attention to detail over quick edits so do give us the necessary time needed to work on your projects. Thank you!
CAN I OPT FOR A LUNCH SAME-DAY-EDIT OR A DINNER SAME-DAY-EDIT WITH EVENING ROM INCLUSION? HOW LONG DOES THE TEAM NEED TO EDIT?
Yes, however it is mandatory to top up for a secondary videographer as one will be editing while the other continues the video coverage. We will need at least 6 hours in between to edit the SDE. Please let us know via the enquiry form and we will get back with a quote!
