Iki Company understands the difficulties faced by our clients in view of the current COVID-19 situation in Singapore and would like to assure our clients that there will be no postponement charges for weddings. Postponed wedding dates should be rescheduled upon discussion between couples and Iki Company.

We would like to highlight that if you reschedule to a date without consulting us and we are unavailable, it would be considered as a cancellation of our services. We would be unable to refund the booking deposit as the client had acknowledged we had reserved our time and forgone other engagements to carry out the service, and the deposit is a fair estimate of the loss suffered if the service is terminated. Do work closely with us to avoid this as much as possible!


If we are unable to reconcile the postponed dates with our clients, we do allow the transference of wedding packages, subjected to;


- Availability of our team

- Date of postponement to be within 12 months of wedding date stated in the invoice

- Prevailing rates
